About Us
About the CollegeMalankara Catholic College was founded in 20.07.1998. It is a Diocesan College with in the Diocese of Marthandam. It is affiliated to Manonmaniam Sundaranar University, Tirunelveli. The primary purpose of the college is to impart a holistic approach to education for all students.
About the Department
The Department of Physics offers UG degree for the past eleven years. Now it has been upgraded to a PG department (Satellite center of MS University) in this academic year. The faculty members are well experienced and research oriented. The department has produced many university ranks. The department has successfully organized many Seminars in this campus. The crystal growth facility was established in the department since the year 2003 to carry out research activities in the field of Material Science and Nanotechnology.
